Mårten Spångberg
Artist, performer, essayist, and curator, lives and works between Brussels and Stockholm, where he has organized among others the Panacea Festival and Fame International. He was guest curator for a number of festivals, including Body Currency at the Wiener Festwochen, Capitals in Lisbon, and the International Summer Academy in Frankfurt. As choreographer and performer he has collaborated with Ballet Frankfurt, Christine de Smedt, Xavier Le Roy, and Mette Edvardsen. Recent choreographic solo works: “Powered By Emotion” and “Hep Sweden”. He is currently working on “The Theatre”, a mobile project on performance and architecture that will finish at Steirischer Herbst 07.
